1. About Radius. Radius is a hyperlocal community platform connecting verified neighbours in Mumbai for real-life activities, alerts and help. By using Radius, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

2. Eligibility & verification. You must be 18+ and complete identity verification via DigiLocker. If DigiLocker is unavailable, you must submit a clear Aadhaar image, a live selfie, and a 5-second short video. Profiles failing verification will be removed. Women-only mode is restricted to verified women; the option is disabled for male verifications.

3. Acceptable use. You will not post hate, harassment, sexual content, political propaganda, slang/abuse, scams, or misleading alerts. AI scans posts and DMs; sellers / business activity require a paid subscription (₹299/month). Posting selling messages without subscription will be blocked.

4. Meetups happen in real life. Radius helps you connect — it does not supervise meetups. Always meet in public, share your live location with a trusted contact, and use SOS if you feel unsafe.

5. Ratings & reports. Ratings are anonymous to other users; only an admin (and you) can see your own user ID. 1-star reports with evidence (photo/video) are escalated within 1 hour; harassment/molestation reports trigger immediate account suspension pending review. Repeat 1-star reports lead to permanent ban.

6. Block & rejection. Hosts may reject join requests; rejected users lose access to that post permanently. Blocks are mutual and immediate.

7. Your responsibility. Radius will help you as long as you provide proper evidence and follow community guidelines — otherwise, anything that happens during an offline interaction is solely your responsibility. Please act with care, common sense and respect.

8. Data & privacy. KYC data is encrypted and used only for verification. We do not sell your data. See the Privacy Policy for details.

9. Suspension & termination. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, harm community safety, or evade moderation.
